OUR JAPANESE CUISINE
Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き) is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. Teppan (鉄板) means iron plate. Yaki (焼き) means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
"This is one of the best steakhouses in Columbia! I absolutely love the entertainment that the chefs provide for the course of your meal. The entire staff seems to be well trained and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. I love that Sato has a variety of foods that can appease even the pickiest people. Their bar is also aesthetically pleasing and large enough for you and your friends to sit around and hang out before you dine in.
My favorite hibachi is their weekend special (filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp). Their steak is very tender and the chefs know how to cook it perfectly. :)
Overall, I've never had a bad experience here. This is a perfect place for any occasion: birthdays, dates, dinner with friends. I highly recommend you at least try this place once. You won't regret it!"
